Truth is that there’ll always be stress. Another truth is that you shouldn’t allow it kill you. You’ve got to control it.
The key stress controller is to not take life too seriously. According to Dean Smith, if you treat every situation as a life and death matter, you’ll die a lot of times.
So, learn to laugh, even at yourself; learn to smile, even when it’s bitter; learn to forgive, even if it’s hard; learn to sing, and uplift your spirit; learn to cry, you need it for readjustment.
Listen, God has given you the gift of life, it’s up to you to give yourself the gift of living without stress.
